As part of corporate social responsibility (CSR) and the need to ensure communities especially youths join hands together for sustainable development of our society, Ideas and Data Global Academy in collaboration with Afrah Consult and REWOFO, convened 2 days interactive session for 70 youths in Katsina State.
The objective is to follow up after the last training and see what the young people have been doing to support community development. At the end of today different groups have presented remarkable achievements towards championing community support, using global citizen model.
By the end of the 2-days the participants will have there capacity enhanced on actions needed to address community problems using the self-help and team work strategies.
The training was also blessed with the presence of the Senior Speciap Assitance (SSA) to the Governor of Katsina State on Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), Barr. Maryam Sodangi, who informed the gathering the work her office will be doing to champion the cause for action on SDGs.
